About The Position
More Clean of Texas is an exterior maintenance company working with both commercial and residential customers to maintain clean and beautiful properties. Our company strives to provide our customers with clean and safe parking areas and sidewalks, while being environmentally conscious and responsible. No matter the size or type of customer, we are committed to treating each property as if it were our own.
Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
- Ability to utilize Gmail and iPad technology
Responsibilities
- Perform routine manual labor involved in property maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Detail properties with the use of backpack blowers in designated areas.
- Utilize handheld tools and occasionally hand-pick various debris.
- Sanitize company property such as trash cans and ash trays.
- Replace trash can liners.
