About The Position

Carewise Solutions is seeking Full-Time Day Nurses (LPN/RN) for a community-based setting in Tampa. This role offers a relaxed environment with moderate acuity patients and a favorable 1:6 patient ratio. You will work with a supportive team including RT and CNA support for charting and med pass. We offer 12-hour shifts and provide initiative & retention bonuses. We offer fast hiring for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
• Ability to pass AHCA Level 2 screening
• Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate
• Must complete screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred (home health, hospice, rehab, or acute care)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a community-based setting.
• Work alongside a team with RT & CNA support for charting and med pass.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care.
