Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support STNAs and nursing staff
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents
