Join our team as a Day Habilitation Without Walls (WOW) Manager, overseeing a dynamic team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP) supporting individuals in community-based, real-world settings.
Requirements
- Experience in human services (High school diploma or degree + experience required)
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise WOW DSP staff in delivering community-based day habilitation services
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and program quality
- Support individuals in building independence, life skills, and community connections
- Coordinate activities, transportation, and individualized plans
- Partner with families, residential teams, and internal departments to ensure success
