About The Position

Day Habilitation Specialist If you're someone who finds purpose in helping others grow, this role puts you right at the center of that work. As a Day Habilitation Specialist, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building daily living skills, increasing independence, and gaining confidence through structured, personalized support. In this role, you'll work closely with each person's goals- leading skill-building activities, encouraging community involvement, and helping create a safe positive environment where progress is real and measurable. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s license
• Six (6) months of health and human services direct care experience
