Pine Tree Camps at Lynn University is an American Camp Association accredited day and overnight camp in Boca Raton, Florida. Requirements

• Candidates must be 16 - 17 years old.
• Have experience caring for children.
• Must be available for all 9 weeks of camp plus a week of camp training; 5/24/27 – 7/30/27.
• Work Monday to Friday, 35 – 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising a group of 15 - 21 campers.
• Participate in camp activities.
• Interpret safety and health regulations to his/her group such as emergency procedures to guide his/her campers in participation in group, unit, and camp-wide activities.
• Recognize and respond to opportunities for problem-solving in the group.
• Assist in developing opportunities for interaction between campers and staff.
• Help provide opportunities for the group so that each camper experiences success.
• Set a good example for campers and others, including cleanliness, punctuality, sharing clean-up and chores, sportsmanship, and table manners.
• Report any concerns or issues to a coordinator.
• Follow camp rules and regulations pertaining to smoking, use of alcoholic beverages, and use of drugs.
