About The Position
Corlann South East is seeking bright, ambitious individuals with a positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability. The role involves working intensively with individuals to discover what constitutes a good life for them and to establish the necessary supports to achieve their goals. This requires partnership with the individual's family and other important people in their life. A high degree of flexibility is needed as the timing and location of supports will be dictated by the individual's plan.

- High degree of flexibility required.
Responsibilities
- Work intensively with individuals to discover what will constitute a good life for the individual.
- Establish what supports the individual will need to achieve their goals.
- Work in partnership with the individual’s family and other important people in the individual’s life.
- Provide supports dictated by the individual's plan, requiring flexibility in timing and location.
