About The Position

EY has curated a dynamic ecosystem of Alliance and Ecosystem relationships that creates new forms of customer value to help clients rapidly and digitally transform. This ecosystem consists of more than 100 relationships, providing a wide range of collaborative opportunities and solutions. EY is growing its Alliances and needs an Alliance Relationship Partner Program Associate Director (ARD) to manage the Databricks partner programs. This role involves relationship collaboration and governance, alliance partner program oversight, contracts and compliance management, and performance intelligence. It offers an opportunity to work with people globally and across multiple EY service lines and sectors.

Requirements

Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of: relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and is highly organized.
Understanding of Databricks technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions.
Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company.
Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results across organizational boundaries.
Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues.
A self-starter who is able to work independently while also communicating progress and challenges with others on the team.
Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time.
Comfortable working with others within EY with unique personalities, cultures and working styles and can adapt your approach to best interact.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Databricks alliance partner program strategy.
Gain access to alliance Databricks level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally, driving local activation and compliance.
Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence.
Activate new countries and super regions globally, ensuring proper approvals and governance is in place for new programs (e.g., supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and enabling alliance contracts).
Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights.
