The Database Marketing Analyst provides detailed reporting on player and database trends and generates applicable data sets that can be used for marketing efforts (including Direct Marketing). You are also responsible for creating Pro and Post Forma analysis of promotions and events and communicate those findings to management. The Database Marketing Analyst is also responsible compiling trend analysis and communicating any areas of success or concern to management. You will report to the Marketing Analytics Manager. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Primary Tasks: You will create pro/forma analysis of marketing programs and campaigns before execution to determine expected profitability. Produce comprehensive review of the impact of all Marketing Promotions and Special Events. You will produce monthly tracked play and player tier summary reports for all revenue streams. Produce monthly direct marketing redemption reports showing the redemption habits and associated play with all offers issued. You will create monthly and ad hoc reports from the Accounting and Player Tracking systems for each property outlining their progress towards achieving annual goals. Produce reports showing the performance of new members, redemption of free play grouped by usage type, and tracked play by geography to highlight growth and contraction markets. You will create monthly summary reports detailing play by main database segments and communicate findings. Produce direct marketing and promotional lists from player tracking or data warehouse systems based on specific marketing and player development campaigns. You will produce player summary reports and work with Player Development management to assign players to the appropriate staff in the player tracking system. Other duties as assigned.
