About The Position

Why We Need Your Talents: The Database Marketing Analyst is responsible for the successful execution of Marketing Campaigns, including but not limited to: campaign build, list generation, program build, execution, reporting. In addition, database marketing analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and success of the player tracking databases.

Requirements

  • Understanding of SQL or other relational database systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data with guidance
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with customer information, financial data, marketing plans, and policies.
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
  • Maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time

  • A four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in database marketing and data analysis or relevant field
  • Must be able to comply to state gaming regulations and obtain gaming license in all jurisdictions Live! Casino operates in.
  • Ability to: Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Reach for specific objects at short distances in local working area.
  • Sit 60% of the time
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Use of stairs and elevators

Responsibilities

  • Gather criteria, build, and modify all Marketing Campaigns in Campaign Management Tool.
  • Responsible for building programs in other supporting Marketing tools. As well as, program execution, list generations, troubleshooting, data validation, etc.
  • Assists in gathering data used for analysis of Direct Mail Programs, Events, Promotions, Entertainment, and any other Marketing functions that are designed to increase revenue and loyalty.
  • Assist in Program Proformas and Postformas.
  • Assist with developing, executing and maintaining routine reporting, as well as, adhoc reporting and analysis to measure success of database programs and initiatives.
  • Responsible to ensure guests have an enjoyable gaming experience maintaining an accurate player tracking system. Ensures integrity of the data held within the player tracking system(s).
  • Develops strong accountable working relationship with casino hosts, player club team to ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of player’s activity.
  • Assist with other major Marketing programs.
  • Respond to guest inquiries through multiple inbound channels in timely fashion.
  • Other duties as assigned
