About The Position

Determines database structural requirements to support the organization's business needs. Design, implement, and evolve robust and effectively aligned architecture solutions that operate in the business ecosystem. Ensure installation and testing of complex and interrelated databases and associated products to ensure they are suitable for use and meet customer requirements. Approve complex database specifications, ensuring that all agreed standards and protocols are followed and data integrity is preserved. Suggest improvements for standards and protocols for database specifications. Drive advances in technologies and architectures to increase the value delivered by technology and digital capabilities, either through improvements to the efficiency of the technology environment or through those that reduce the total cost of technology operations. Recommend and participate in activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of the digital capabilities within the enterprise architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science (Required), Bachelor’s: Computer Engineering
  • General Experience – 10 to 15 years

  • Recommend and participate in activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of the digital capabilities within the enterprise architecture.
  • Develop and execute architectures, policies and practices in order to manage the information lifecycle needs of an organization.
  • Design, implement, administer, maintain, and manage databases.
  • Design architectures, incorporating system/service requirements.
  • Express user needs in terms of business requirements, identify current capability of the business to deliver, conduct build or buy analyses, and recommend preferred approach.
