Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Power BI, Data Warehousing, ERP, MES, and AI-driven analytics within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Experience integrating data across ERP and MES platforms.
- Leveraging modern BI and AI technologies to drive business insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
- Must be able to work on government contracts.
- Must be able to work onsite in Marlborough, MA four times/week, one day remote per week.
Nice To Haves
- Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, enterprise data warehouses, and business intelligence reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business strategies and models, communicate to management and personnel from various departments on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency.
- Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, enterprise data warehouses, and business intelligence reporting.
- Experience supporting ERP and MES systems within manufacturing and distribution environments, including production, inventory, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, AI-powered analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks or similar modern data platforms, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Support data governance, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, end-user training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned.
