About The Position

Software Mind is seeking a proactive and analytical Data Warehouse Engineer for a project focused on analyzing and processing large datasets, building ingestion and transformation processes, and designing data warehouse models. The role calls for commercial experience with cloud solutions and data warehouses, along with experience in Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Python, and SQL. Experience in media or advertising is not required; curiosity and willingness to learn are valued.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience with cloud-based solutions.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience with data warehouses.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Python.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex analytical queries and data transformations.
• Understanding of the Data Lakehouse approach.
• Experience with source version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, open-minded approach to challenges and learning new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dbt.
• Experience with the AWS stack, including MWAA, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and S3.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
