LMI is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to create high-impact visual analytics and decision-support products for Department of Veterans Affairs modernization initiatives. The role combines data visualization, business intelligence, semantic modeling, and stakeholder engagement to turn complex operational and program data into clear, actionable information. The analyst leads the design and delivery of executive dashboards, operational reports, analytical visualizations, and interactive decision-support experiences using Power BI/Power Platform, Tableau, or comparable enterprise visualization tools. Candidates are expected to independently own complex visualization products and multi-source reporting. Senior-level assignments additionally involve setting visualization standards, advising executives, mentoring team members, and shaping enterprise approaches to semantic models, dashboard governance, accessibility, and visual analytics. Prior experience supporting AI/ML, generative AI, or other AI-enabled programs and projects is highly desired. LMI is a digital solutions provider focused on accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. It develops commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI for federal agencies, serving the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors. LMI is headquartered in Tysons, Virginia.
