About The Position

The Data Validation & Analytics Expert supports a client’s global ERP transformation, which is consolidating multiple ERP platforms into a common SAP S/4HANA Private environment. The role validates Req to Pay (RTP) data transfers during ERP deployments and improves the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of deployment data. It partners with ERP transformation teams, business leads, users, and other stakeholders to support data accuracy, completeness, and alignment across deployment activities. The position combines hands-on data validation, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis with dashboard development, reporting, and AI-enabled approaches. Its work supports deployment readiness, business decision-making, stronger data quality, lower deployment risk, and reliable RTP process outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, or Business.
At least 5 years of experience in data validation, data analysis, ERP data support, or transformation-related roles.
Ability to analyze complex data and identify inconsistencies, anomalies, gaps, and data quality issues.
Experience supporting ERP deployments, data migration, or system implementation activities.
Understanding of RTP processes and related business data.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, validation tools, or analytical methods that improve data review and decision-making.
Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, reconciliation, and trend analysis.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms.
Experience supporting RTP data validation, migration, or deployment readiness activities.
Familiarity with enterprise data quality, statistical analysis, reconciliation, or validation methodologies.
Experience using AI, automation, or advanced analytics tools such as Databricks to improve data analysis processes.
Experience working within cross-functional global transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Validate that RTP data is accurately transferred during ERP deployment activities.
Partner with ERP transformation data teams, business leads, and users to define data requirements, validation criteria, priorities, and status updates.
Collect data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases, files, and data systems used for validation and analysis.
Develop and implement data collection processes, validation methods, and strategies to improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Filter, cleanse, and review data using reports, reconciliations, and performance indicators to identify issues and improve reliability.
Profile data to identify, investigate, and understand anomalies, gaps, inconsistencies, and data transfer risks.
Mine and analyze large datasets to support deployment activities and business decision-making.
Use statistical and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting diagnostic and predictive analytics.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, exception reporting, and reconciliation tools for data analysis.
Apply AI-enabled approaches to support faster issue identification, pattern detection, and insight generation across validation activities.
Translate validation and analytical findings into clear recommendations, status updates, and reporting for management and stakeholders.
Identify trends, risks, and business improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Support data quality, reduce deployment risk, and improve the reliability of RTP process outcomes across the ERP transformation.
