About The Position
abra Microsoft division is seeking an experienced Data Team Lead to manage and lead a data team while staying hands-on in development, analysis, and project delivery. This role combines professional leadership, task management, and hands-on work across data development, data warehouse environments, and business-facing projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading data teams and managing professional tasks.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake or Fabric.
- Experience in project leadership, requirements analysis, and data development.
- Excellent communication skills, independence, initiative, and ability to motivate others.
Nice To Haves
- Python experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and professionally lead a team of about 10 data professionals.
- Lead data development tasks, project execution, and ongoing delivery.
- Stay hands-on with development, analysis, and solution design.
- Work closely with stakeholders, report progress, and drive initiatives forward.
