About The Position

Abra Professional Services is seeking a skilled Data Systems Analyst to provide Data and AI-based solutions, analyze business needs, translate them into technology solutions, and support the development and implementation of data-driven systems. This role requires experience in data project analysis, Agile methodologies, complex databases, financial organizations, banking processes, data architecture, API specifications, ML models, AI solutions, and system integrations. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Central Israel, with one day a week remote.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience analyzing data projects – mandatory.
• Proven experience in analysis and specification writing for projects managed in Agile methodology – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience working with diverse and complex databases, including writing complex queries – mandatory.
• Experience in large financial organizations – mandatory.
• Understanding of banking processes, including system integrations – mandatory.
• Ability to investigate processes and perform reverse engineering – mandatory.
• System-wide perspective and understanding of processes and architecture – mandatory.
• Experience in proper data structure design and planning interfaces between systems, including API specification – mandatory.
• Good interpersonal communication and ability to motivate employees in a matrix management environment.
• Experience working in complex environments with different methodologies and skills.
• Ability to work in an intensive environment and meet deadlines.
• High learning ability.
• Independent, with effective time management skills.
• Broad system-wide perspective

Nice To Haves

• Experience specifying Salesforce systems – advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into Data-based technological solutions.
• Define business and technological requirements with business stakeholders and development units.
• Write functional and technical specification documents, including ERD specifications.
• Support and accompany development processes.
• Work with data development teams, analysts, and Data Engineers.
• Support the development and implementation of data solutions, ML models, AI solutions, and integrations with organizational systems.
