This Data Specialist role is within the Client Success team, where the individual will act as a subject matter expert in assigned clients’ data. The position involves delivering exceptional support and driving client performance through data quality management, reporting, and issue resolution. Core responsibilities include running daily reporting, proactively managing data quality, researching client data questions and escalations, building custom queries for complex analysis and ad-hoc reporting, and providing business insights to aid client performance. The Data Specialist will collaborate directly with their Client Success Manager and Client Success Analysts to ensure clients are well-supported and issues are addressed promptly.
