The data specialist is responsible for the development of applications that transmit raw data into usable internal applications. This includes developing and maintaining data processing procedures for Salesforce, Cdata web hooks for online referral form transfers, and Excel formulas to produce usable front-end applications. Additionally, this role requires website development and UI/UX creation for client-facing reports and presentations. This role works closely with other technology team members to ensure all business and operation needs are sufficient and meet the organization’s expectations.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS or other front-end development.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly interfaces structured on data filters.
UI/UX design and website development.
Advanced Excel configurations using pivot tables and formulas.
KPI creation with SQL queries and filters.
Create and maintain workflows and formulas within Salesforce.
Assist in the QA process for other development work.
Creation of Python scripts for data processing.
Any other duties assigned by SF Leadership
