About The Position

At NRC Health, the Data Specialist works with internal stakeholders and team members to create, maintain, and troubleshoot customer deliverables. The role collaborates across the organization on project setup and ongoing change requests, manages multiple timelines, and maintains high quality standards. It ensures assigned projects meet established contract, deadline, and quality metrics, and completes ad hoc or team projects as needed. The position also documents project information and communicates project statuses, data, and logistical issues to internal stakeholders. The role may allow work from home, but candidates must live in Lincoln, Nebraska, or surrounding areas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of prior professional experience.
1–3 years of service-oriented experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Experience querying databases, such as SQL or MySQL.
Self-starter attitude, attention to detail, ownership, and dedication.
Ability to multitask, take initiative, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, changing priorities, and customer demands.
