About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with SQL databases to query and manage large datasets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python scripting for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience creating and managing KPI dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of data quality control principles and best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Public Health, Data Analytics, or Health Information Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive KPI dashboards to monitor health care performance metrics and social assistance program outcomes.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Write and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, cleansing, and integration from multiple sources including SQL databases.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to validate data consistency, completeness, and reliability before dissemination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, administrators, and IT to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
