About The Position

We are currently seeking someone with high attention to detail to join our team. As a Data Specialist, you will have various opportunities to contribute to improving our systems & data at the company. The primary responsibilities for this position will be ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date, and are ready for scale. The role also offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast paced, high growth startup during a critical early product development stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree program or greater in Business Administration, or/and Relevant Degree
• Data entry with high attention to detail to minimize errors.
• Keeping data organized and easily accessible.
• Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.
• Effectively communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred ERP system (NetSuite) and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Transferring data from paper-based documents or other digital formats into our ERP system.
• Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents.
• Updating existing records, correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
• Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions.
• Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.
