About The Position

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience using SQL preferred.
Ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environment.
Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and project organization skills.
Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement with understanding of process flows, data flows, file layouts, data analysis and reasonable knowledge of query tools and languages.
Attention to detail and follow-through.
Demonstrate a desire to learn and accept new challenges with a strong sense of urgency and ability to take ownership of driving tasks to completion.

Nice To Haves

Hands on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension language is a plus.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills a plus.
Preferred industry knowledge regarding benefits administration or consumer directed accounts.
