The Prime Video Ads - Growth, Engagement and Monetization (GEM) team is specifically responsible for optimizing the ad experience for customers and determining the right pricing for advertisers for every stream, break, and impression. This includes owning the centralized decisioning layer, the situation-aware ad load system, the ML prediction platform, the long-term measurement framework, and the experimentation platform. We are seeking a customer-focused, solutions-oriented Data Scientist to develop and lead data-driven frameworks that assess the effectiveness of personalization, yield, and supply innovations for customers, advertisers, and the business. This role involves working on fast-paced, challenging projects that directly impact the viewing experience of hundreds of millions of customers on Prime Video.
