The Advertising Product & Technology organization within Prime Video is focused on innovating the streaming advertising landscape. The Prime Video Advertising team develops ad tech solutions for its growing advertising business, covering video-on-demand (VOD), live streaming, and display ads. Key areas of focus include ad delivery, ML-driven optimization, experimentation, audience measurement, and generative AI for ad creatives. This role involves leading a team of scientists and engineers to build ML and AI solutions that significantly impact Prime Video's advertising business. The position requires owning the science strategy and execution for critical workstreams such as Ad Load Optimization, Yield Optimization, Experimentation & Metrics, and Ad Creative Generation & Augmentation. The successful candidate will act as a leader of leaders, defining the scientific vision, building a high-performing team, and driving large-scale ML/AI initiatives for one of the world's largest streaming advertising platforms. Collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams is essential to translate scientific capabilities into measurable business impact in a rapidly growing environment.
