About The Position

This role involves driving partnerships with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into analytical requirements. The Data Scientist will develop campaign measurement plans, formalize short and long-term testing objectives, and create experimental test designs aligned with learning agendas, financial objectives, and operational constraints. Additionally, the role requires building analytical forecasts, scenarios, and insights for campaigns to optimize budget, and leveraging data visualization techniques to present these insights to stakeholders and business unit leadership.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance or related field of study.
  • 2 years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Financial Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
  • Two (2) years of experience using programming languages such as Python, SAS, R, or SQL to query databases, manipulate data, produce summary statistics, or calculate statistical measures.
  • Two (2) years of experience in data analysis using statistical methods such as basic statistical measures, probability, or hypothesis testing, interpreting results and providing actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Two (2) years of experience designing and developing Excel documents to organize business data, build analytical frameworks and create charts and tables.
  • Two (2) years of experience leveraging data visualization techniques using PowerPoint and Tableau to present analytical insights to stakeholders.
  • Any amount of experience performing cost-benefit analysis such as budget planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, stress testing, sensitivity analysis, NPV, ROI, or break-even to optimize future business strategies.
