About The Position

The AI for Business Functions organization applies data science, machine learning, sophisticated analytics, and AI technologies to business challenges across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. It develops intelligent solutions and supports data-driven decision-making through predictive analytics, optimization, and AI-enabled technologies.

As a Data Scientist, you will work with business partners and data science professionals to develop analytical solutions for real-world business challenges. You will use statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization techniques, and generative AI to analyze data, generate insights, and support strategic enterprise decision-making.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience through coursework, internships, research projects, academic projects, hackathons, or data science competitions.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience using Python and common analytics libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, data visualization, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Experience using SQL and AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI and large language models (LLMs), for data analysis, business insights, or solution development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or similar environments.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics, forecasting, optimization, simulation modeling, or machine learning solution development.
• Experience applying generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI-assisted analytics within business contexts.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and partner engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and develop data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
• Design, develop, and implement predictive models, forecasting solutions, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Apply generative AI, large language models (LLMs), optimization techniques, and simulation models to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
• Develop visualizations, reports, and presentations communicating analytical findings and recommendations to partners.
