This role will drive revenue growth through sophisticated data analysis, predictive modeling, and AI-powered insights. You will transform complex marketing data into actionable strategies that optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Working closely with Marketing leadership, you will leverage advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and large language models to unlock new opportunities and maximize marketing ROI. Requirements

  • Have Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Have 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Possess expert-level proficiency in inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference methods
  • Have 5+ years of advanced SQL experience with complex query optimization and data modeling & Python programming for data science (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels , PyTorch/TensorFlow)
  • Own demonstrated experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • Have experience with marketing automation platforms ( Marketo , HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Possess familiarity with A/B testing platforms, experimentation frameworks and customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Have knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid search, social, display, email) and their measurement

Responsibilities

  • Conducting advanced inferential statistical analysis to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and attribution
  • Building and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behavior, churn, and lifetime value
  • Leading end-to-end marketing analytics projects that directly impact revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Designing and implement sophisticated multi-touching attribution models and marketing mix optimization
  • Creating executive-level dashboards and presentations in Tableau that communicate complex insights clearly
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify growth opportunities through data- driven insights
  • Providing strategic guidance on marketing analytics best practices, experimentation design, and measurement frameworks
