About The Position

The Data Scientist on Everpure’s Digital Experience Insights team leads high-impact analytics initiatives, transforming complex platform and time-series data into predictive models, causal inferences, and strategic product metrics. The role applies advanced statistical and quantitative research methods to complex datasets and translates analytical findings into decisions that leadership can act on. It is part of a fast-moving analytics organization where priorities and questions may shift over time, requiring strong research rigor and adaptability. The position is primarily in-office and is expected to work from the Santa Clara office in accordance with Everpure policies, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave. The role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

Requirements

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computational Methods, Physical Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
5 to 8+ years applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and quantitative research.
Proven track record in quantitative research methodologies and experimental design, with publications or presentations of scientific or computational research, or patents.
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with machine-learning and statistics libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, and Statsmodels.

Responsibilities

Develop machine-learning models for predictive modeling, time-series prediction, clustering, churn reduction, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
Apply advanced computational methods and statistical techniques, including multilevel models and Statsmodels, to massive datasets.
Create executive-level visual analytics that make complex findings accessible to senior stakeholders.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to translate analytical findings into actionable strategy.
