The company's strategic focus is on defining the next era of technology, including hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This role is for a Data Scientist on the Digital Experience Insights team, responsible for leading high-impact analytics initiatives. The core of the role involves transforming complex data into predictive models, causal inferences, and strategic product metrics. The position requires applying advanced statistical and quantitative research methods to large datasets and translating analytical findings into actionable decisions for leadership. The role is within a dynamic analytics organization, requiring adaptability and strong research rigor to address evolving questions.
Requirements
- Master's degree (MS) or Ph.D. in Computational Methods, Physical Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and quantitative research.
- Proven track record in quantitative research methodologies and experimental design, with publications or presentations of scientific or computational research, or patents.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with ML and statistics libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, and Statsmodels.
Responsibilities
- Develop ML models for predictive modeling, time-series prediction, clustering, churn reduction, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
- Apply advanced computational methods and statistical techniques, including multilevel models and Statsmodels, to massive datasets.
- Create executive-level visual analytics to make complex findings accessible to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to translate analytical findings into actionable strategy.
