About The Position

Sunshine Bouquet Company is hiring an entry-level Data & Reporting Analyst to support daily reporting by gathering, organizing, and presenting data for teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Leadership. The role is suited to a recent graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of experience who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in data and reporting. Training on company systems and tools is provided.

Sunshine Bouquet Company is a vertically integrated leader in the U.S. mass-market floral industry, with operations spanning flower growing and processing in Colombia and Ecuador, packing, and nationwide distribution across the U.S. Its supply chain is complex, fast-moving, and data-driven.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in an analytical, reporting, or data-focused role; internships count.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and SUMIFS, and basic charting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Genuine interest in learning new tools and techniques.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI or another dashboard or visualization tool.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Power Query or Excel automation.
• Coursework or projects in data analysis or statistics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel.
• Pull data from company ERP systems and organize it for analysis.
• Clean and validate data, and flag errors or inconsistencies.
• Track key metrics and help identify trends or changes worth investigating.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from team members.
• Document reporting steps and processes so they are easy to follow and repeat.
• Look for ways to make manual reporting faster and more accurate.
