Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Understands business needs, makes informed decisions, and effectively delivers technological solutions, including related processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills by identifying opportunities or root causes, applying logical reasoning to analyze facts, and developing and executing effective outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives.
  • Consult with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data quality checks.
  • Provide operational consulting for reporting, data quality, and technical requests related to the use of the claim system.
  • Work in partnership with assigned business unit and consult as needed.
