About The Position

At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation. Engineers and transportation professionals around the world rely on our traffic studies to make massive infrastructure decisions. This role serves as the ultimate quality checkpoint ensuring those studies are accurate. The Data Quality Assurance Administrator will perform thorough visual inspections, interpret complex customer requirements, and navigate system limitations to identify any setup collisions before data is finalized. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proactive customer communication, and the ability to ensure completed studies are accurate and timely.

Requirements

Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualize complex configurations and physical spaces.
Proficiency in mapping and data analysis.
Highly proficient with the Google suite—Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Ability to thrive in structured environments and follow reliable processes.
Team-oriented and engaged in group discussions.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with grace, professionalism, and a genuine desire to grow.

Responsibilities

Follow established procedures to perfectly configure studies and define clear, actionable tasks for accurate processing.
Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all data strictly meets high accuracy standards and exact customer requirements.
Review and validate study configurations, proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate, and collaborating closely with production leads and support specialists.
Confidently communicate study hold notes and updates directly to customers, setting realistic expectations, clarifying adjustments, and proposing clever solutions.
Effectively assign re-configuration tasks, escalate complex cases when necessary, and successfully publish completed, flawless studies.
Actively participate in team discussions and special projects, bringing fresh insights and suggestions to the table to boost efficiency and elevate quality.
Work seamlessly with other teams to resolve discrepancies, share knowledge, and build a stronger, more aligned operation.
