•$65,800 - $105,700

About The Position

ServiceTitan is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join its Data Engineering department. This customer-facing role focuses on helping customers deconstruct and reinterpret data from source software so it can be transferred successfully into ServiceTitan. The role is technical but is not an engineering position, and involves working closely with customers and cross-departmental teams to deliver accurate data migrations on schedule. Projects and deadlines come from the Data Engineering or Implementation departments. The analyst manages shifting priorities, communicates requirements and status to internal and external stakeholders, and coordinates work among customers, data engineers, and onboarders. The role supports the evaluation of new software, identification of data cleanup needs, and reduction of data migration time. Approximately 60% of the time is spent working with customers and 40% on technical work. ServiceTitan describes its compensation as including base salary, an annual bonus, equity, and benefits. For U.S. candidates, the stated good-faith base salary ranges are $70,500–$105,700 for Zone 1 locations (CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA) and $65,800–$98,800 for Zone 2 (all other U.S. locations). International compensation varies by location and is discussed during hiring.
