About The Position

Player 15 Group, the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center, is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Quality Analyst. The Data Quality Analyst supports commission administration, reporting, and reconciliation for Ticket Sales and Partnerships across all properties. The role also contributes to data quality initiatives within Strategy & Analytics and broader department initiatives. The analyst maintains reporting and monitors sales transactions, reconciles information across Salesforce, Ticketmaster Archtics, and Great Plains, investigates discrepancies, and supports business leaders with dashboard questions and reporting updates. The position works cross-functionally with Ticket Sales, Partnerships, Box Office, Finance, P&C, and Payroll.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales operations, ticketing, commission administration, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience with Archtics, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing large datasets and entering data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet recurring monthly deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with sales commissions, ticketing, professional sports, or live entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end commissions process for Ticket Sales and Partnerships across all properties.
• Build and maintain reporting that validates sales and commission data against Ticketmaster Archtics, Great Plains, and CRM.
• Provide daily oversight of sales transactions to ensure each sale is accurately attributed to the appropriate product, event, property, sales representative, and commission category.
• Investigate and resolve duplicate transactions, inaccurate sales assignments, commission discrepancies, and other data issues before reports are shared with leadership and submitted to Payroll.
• Maintain accurate records of adjustments and approvals to support internal controls and audit requirements.
• Partner with Ticket Sales, Partnerships, Box Office, Finance, P&C, and Payroll to resolve issues and improve reporting processes.
• Reconcile CRM opportunities and agreements in Salesforce against Ticketmaster Archtics and Great Plains to identify data-entry discrepancies.
• Build and maintain Tableau reports that identify, monitor, and track data discrepancies and overall data quality.
• Validate ticketing sales figures against Ticketmaster Archtics and resolve discrepancies in revenue, tickets sold, inventory, and other key measures.
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for dashboard questions from business leaders by investigating issues, explaining reporting logic, and making updates when needed.
• Partner with the Partnerships team to maintain accurate deal sheets, assets, inventory, and related information in Salesforce and associated reporting.
