On this team, you’ll lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy. You will play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. As a Senior/Data Quality Analyst, you will collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality. A key part of your role will be proactively querying databases, reviewing data and dashboards, understanding data flow processes, and supporting implementation of data initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel required.
- Strong analytical mindset, investigation skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Curious and persistent in finding the “why” behind data inconsistencies.
- Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (for US applicants).
- Authorized to work in Poland without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (for Poland applicants).
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to or experience with Snowflake and Python ideal.
- Insurance domain knowledge ideal, but not required.
Responsibilities
