About The Position

The Data Quality Analyst is accountable for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong SAP skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to ensure high-quality datasets
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics, rules, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with functional business groups, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address data issues
  • Monitor data pipelines and systems for consistency and accuracy
  • Support root cause analysis of data defects and recommend corrective actions
  • Document data quality standards, processes, and best practices
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with policies
  • Perform regular audits to verify data integrity across systems
  • Automate data quality checks where possible using tools and scripts
