About The Position

The Program Manager will lead the roadmap, requirements, stakeholder communication, and delivery of cross-functional data initiatives spanning data engineering, database administration, Salesforce engineering, business intelligence, and analytics. This role will partner with teams across Marketing, Finance, Advisory, Product, Voice of Customer, Business Development, and Engineering to translate business needs into technical requirements, manage complex dependencies, identify risks, and deliver scalable data solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Scrum certification.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working on data projects and in project or program management.
  • Experience managing data platforms, business intelligence, and data analytics functions.
  • Experience managing and delivering data development, operations, and analytics initiatives.
  • Project management experience working cross-functionally and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and develop roadmaps with Engineering and Analytics leaders.
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage priorities and timelines, coordinate resources, and take ownership of roadmap delivery.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts.
  • Ability to facilitate productive discussions, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, adapt to changing requirements, make decisions, and take ownership of difficult calls.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, follow-through, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Data Engineers, Database Administrators, Salesforce Engineers, and Data Analysts.
  • Own requirements, roadmaps, and delivery across data development, operations, and analytics initiatives.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and major milestones, ensuring execution remains on track against deadlines.
  • Communicate project goals, decisions, risks, and progress to stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Product, Advisory, Voice of Customer, Business Development, and integration teams.
  • Gather and define feature requirements, propose solutions, secure stakeholder support, negotiate timelines, and track implementation progress.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and develop roadmaps in partnership with Engineering and Analytics leaders.
  • Develop project plans, facilitate prioritization, coordinate timelines, and allocate team resources with Engineering and Analytics managers.
  • Plan project dependencies and outcomes, report on progress, and identify potential issues before they affect delivery.
  • Identify roadmap risks and coordinate solutions that support smooth implementation and rollout.
  • Build a deep understanding of the data pipeline, including ingestion, integration, consumption, and supporting data management tools.
  • Assess the data catalog to identify coverage and quality challenges and develop data-driven solutions at scale.
  • Identify, evaluate, and procure internal and external solutions that improve data products.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to implement new tools and enhancements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Work with Analysts and stakeholders to develop meaningful insights and translate them into strategy and actionable tasks.
  • Facilitate productive discussions, build consensus, and make difficult prioritization decisions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate project activity against the roadmap in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
