Digital Product Managers at U. S. About the team/role: Corporate Digital is responsible for shaping and executing a unified digital strategy for U.S. Bank’s Corporate and Commercial clients. The team defines the vision and roadmap for digital transformation across the segment, aligning key initiatives across lines of business to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions that deepen relationships and drive new client growth. This Data Product Manager role, reporting to the Senior Data Product Manager, blends data engineering, analytics, and product strategy. The position focuses on turning product usage data into actionable insights, building scalable data and reporting solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams. The role includes managing data initiatives end-to-end, developing dashboards and measurement frameworks, ensuring data quality, and influencing product strategy and roadmaps. The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years of experience across analytics, data engineering, and project management, with strong SQL and PowerBI skills, and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes. Allocation of Role Responsibilities Data Foundation Development (30%) Build and maintain the underlying data foundation and pipelines required to evaluate all new features developed within Corporate Digital. This includes identifying data fields required, designing scalable data pipelines, and implementing data quality checks to ensure consistent reporting and performance measurement. New Data Source Integration (20%) Develop and implement new data sources – especially for Client Lifecycle Management and other key features areas – by collaborating with development teams to identify instrumentation needs, define data capture logic, and ensure integration with data platforms. Cross Functional Data Product Development (20%) Collaborate with EAA, Product, and Development teams to build reusable data assets and reporting products. Activities include gathering and refining requirements, leading data discovery and validation efforts, performing QA, and managing UAT and production deployment. Executive Reporting and Presentation Development (10%) Build automated reporting dashboards and data visualizations to support Business Reviews and Go-to-Market meetings. Ensure output is aligned with business priorities and easily consumable by executive stakeholders. Value Quantification and Roadmap Support (10%) Develop models and metrics to quantify business impact of digital features. Provide data-driven input to the product roadmap and assist in preparing value cases for leadership review and roadmap prioritization. Target Setting and Metric Definition (10%) Partner with Product Leadership team to define L2 and L3 metrics, support goal-setting processes, and enable tracking against strategic objectives. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
