About The Position

The Data Product Consultant (DPC) is the technical lead for a portfolio of Nexxen enterprise clients, guiding technical work from onboarding through ongoing support. The role brings client and partner data into the Nexxen platform, maintains integrations and data deliveries, and investigates technical issues through resolution. The DPC partners with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering, while representing client needs to internal teams. As part of the Technical Services organization, the DPC manages inbound requests against standard SLAs and, with leadership guidance, recommends data onboarding approaches that support client business goals. The position calls for curiosity, clear problem-solving when issues occur, and the ability to explain technical topics to business and technical audiences.

  • Client-facing experience, including handling sensitive client issues with care.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to business and technical audiences.
  • Organized and dependable when managing a high volume of concurrent requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and carry out data onboarding strategies for assigned accounts, including 1P/CRM audience files, CRM connectors, hashed email, data-collection pixels, and ID syncs.
  • Set up measurement and attribution integrations, including offline-sales and footfall beacons and endpoints, server-to-server events, and MMP connections.
  • Configure and maintain log-level data exports to client destinations such as S3 and SFTP, including fields, schemas, cadence, and test deliveries.
  • Support clients and agencies integrating with Nexxen APIs, including credentials, market access, setup questions, and first-line troubleshooting.
  • Support clients with technical setup and access for Nexxen AI and MCP tools.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, ingestion failures, missing pixel activity, reach and match-rate issues, and failed deliveries; identify causes and drive resolution.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document defects and client-requested enhancements in Jira, and track them with Product and Engineering through resolution.
