About The Position

This role involves driving strategic initiatives through data-driven projects, performing in-depth data analysis, and enhancing data management using Business Intelligence tools and advanced analytics. The position requires collaboration with various departments to transform manual tasks into automated solutions and oversee project management using Agile methodologies. The goal is to foster continuous improvement, enhance development skills, drive engagement, and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, Electronics Engineering, Data and Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Data Operations, Software Developer, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, Electronics Engineering, Data and Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Data Operations, Software Developer, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
Two (2) years of experience with designing and developing ETL workflows for data cleansing, transformation, and centralization from multiple sources using SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar tools.
Two (2) years of experience creating and integrating REST APIs.
Two (2) years of experience building visualizations for data analysis and KPI reporting using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Python, or similar technology.
Two (2) years of experience extracting insights from unstructured text.
Two (2) years of experience summarizing and presenting key metrics and technical processes using Microsoft Excel and clear documentation.
Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Two (2) years of experience managing data analytics projects with agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and lead data-driven projects.
Develop and present compelling business cases with detailed metrics and insights.
Perform in-depth data analysis, including root cause assessments, data mapping, and impact evaluations.
Utilize Business Intelligence tools and advanced analytics (AI, machine learning, natural language processing) to automate, transform, and optimize reporting and visualization.
Collaborate with operations, technology, middle office, finance, compliance, and controls to ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of strategic projects.
Collaborate with data transformation teams and stakeholders to convert manual tasks into automated solutions.
Apply Agile methodologies and standard project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
Leverage a diverse backlog of work to enhance development skills, drive engagement, and support data-driven decision-making.
