About The Position

People Architects is partnering with a highly respected, design-driven organization to hire a Data Operations Associate. The Data Operations Associate plays an important role in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring customer orders, remakes, and sample requests are processed accurately and efficiently. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in order processing, administrative support, customer service, or a related operational role preferred.
  • Experience working within ERP or order management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, remakes, parts orders, and sample requests within the e-PIC system.
  • Review customer-entered orders for accuracy, pricing discrepancies, and missing information.
  • Confirm sales orders to customers and send purchase orders to factories.
  • Monitor and update the status of open and unshipped orders and communicate updates to the customer service team.
  • Enter tracking information and update orders as shipped.
  • Maintain accurate product and order information within the ERP system.
  • Identify and escalate order discrepancies or fulfillment issues as needed.
  • Support operational and administrative workflows within the operations department.
