About The Position

The Data Operations Analyst owns lead and account data quality for a hotel-focused sales organization. The role ensures prospects reaching sales representatives are accurate, deduplicated, enriched, and qualified. It leads CRM data audits and cleanup, resolves escalations involving missing or misrouted leads, and develops qualification processes and service-level agreements (SLAs) that help the sales team trust the leads assigned to them. The position combines technical depth with business judgment. The analyst ensures leads and accounts entering the pipeline from all source systems are accurate and deduplicated before they reach sales. The role maintains and improves lead qualification standards and routing, owns the health and structure of hotel account data in the CRM, and addresses both individual data issues and their underlying process causes. It also identifies appropriate uses of AI for data quality assurance, enrichment, and anomaly detection, evaluating deployed tools against measurable standards. The analyst builds and documents scalable data workflows. This is a remote, U.S.-based W-2 contract engagement scheduled to start November 17, 2026, and run approximately 12 months, through November 12, 2027. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, eight hours per day, five days per week. The pay rate is $60–$75 per hour, plus benefits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
