Responsibilities include designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytic data requirements for various department reporting needs, performing strong data analysis, and utilizing data visualization tools. The role involves creating documentation for all activities, working with technology staff on system design for developed models, and improving/streamlining processes related to data flow and data quality to enhance data accuracy, viability, and value. The position also challenges data and information integrity, involves Operational Data Store modeling, design, and development, and requires data mining and producing novel reports for management. Advanced Excel skills with pivots and graphs are necessary. Candidates must possess advanced problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze complex data, advanced data visualization skills, a willingness to self-learn, and effective verbal and written communication abilities. They should thrive in a supportive and transparent team environment while being capable of independent research and issue resolution. Good communication skills and the ability to engage and influence teams across technology and business are essential.
