Lead efforts to design and apply comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of data assets, assisting clients in achieving business transformation by providing efficient and effective business solutions through data-driven decision-making. Perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise clients on tools and roadmaps for implementation in an effort to enhance enterprise data management capabilities across the organization. Help clients achieve flexible management approaches based on real-time performance data insights. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions. Manage the design and implementation of data governance frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to build analytics solutions that deliver tangible business value. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management Science, Mathematics, Data, Business, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
  • Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Management Science, Mathematics, Data, Business, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Data Fabric, Data Governance, and Enterprise IT Architecture.
  • At least 4 years of experience in python programming specializing in data handling, managing, and ETL jobs.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the following programming languages: Python (Dash, Pandas, and NumPy), SQL, and R.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in querying data in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the following database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the following visualization tools: Power BI, Spotfire, and Power Apps.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the following libraries and frameworks: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, StatsModels, Tidyverse, or caret.
  • Domestic travel up to 80% to serve client needs.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience will be accepted.
