About The Position

Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and patterns, making data scalable and configurable for multiple project initiatives and regulatory requirements. Design and implement data integration solutions to create a common model, automating data collection, validation, and reporting processes. Implement advanced analytical and AI/ML tools to develop data metrics and predictive data models, facilitating data-driven insights and ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors for data requirement gathering, strategizing, designing, and implementing data management solutions.

Requirements

Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Data Management, Transaction Banking Analyst, or related occupation.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Management, Transaction Banking Analyst, or related occupation.
1 year of experience with data management and reference data concepts including master data management to implement data domains including client management, instrument management, account management systems, financial instrument identifiers, industry classifications.
Experience using Excel for monitoring and analyzing large scale financial data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Experience with Agile methodologies including JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, and Confluence to manage projects and prioritize deliverables effectively.
Experience partnering with cross functional teams.
Any amount of experience with querying databases using SQL and data extraction.
Any amount of experience managing large datasets to support data-driven decision making.
Any amount of experience with data transformation tools including either Alteryx or Informatica reporting tools.
Any amount of experience with Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and Qlik Sense to optimize workflows and create interactive dashboards and reports.
Any amount of experience leveraging automation tools including UiPath and Pega for process automation and process management.
Any amount of experience participating in the full systems development lifecycle from project initiation, requirements definition, user acceptance testing through implementation.
