This position is responsible for entering and updating subscriber data, assisting with account setup, and providing customer support related to account management systems. The Data Management Specialist serves as a reliable resource for customers by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring account information is accurate and up to date.
Requirements

- Reliable commute to Des Plaines, IL
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter new subscriber account data and update existing records
- Maintain and verify account information for accuracy and completeness
- Navigate internal systems to manage customer account data efficiently
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
- Provide support to customers via phone and email
- Assist with account setup and portal navigation
- Troubleshoot account or access-related issues
- Answer questions related to processes, procedures, and services
- Deliver high-quality service through clear and professional communication
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution of requests
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company data
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
- Follow established processes and data handling procedures
