About The Position

The Data Management Operations Senior Analyst ensures the integrity and availability of organizational data through advanced data management activities, including complex analysis, reporting, and quality assurance. The role supports high-quality data that drives business insights and operational efficiency. It works with business partners to understand data use, analysis, and quality requirements; maintains compliance with internal policies and external regulations; and collaborates with IT and business teams on data-related projects. The analyst also monitors data metrics, distributes reports, and provides mentorship to junior analysts. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in data-related operations, business operations, or process support roles.

• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job.
• Financial services background.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to understand requirements for data use, analysis, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including data privacy, security, and governance standards, and maintain knowledge of related legal, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Conduct complex data analysis and validation.
• Monitor and improve data metrics.
• Develop and distribute advanced data reports and generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data-related projects.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
