About The Position

This role requires a Data Management Analyst who is a US Citizen. The position involves organizing and managing data, working with computer-generated reports, and extracting data from databases to support technical evaluations, management, and financial record keeping. The analyst will also be responsible for developing and generating information and summary data. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• BS/BA in data or information management, business administration, data science, or similar field from an accredited university or college
• Experience in using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and Google Suite applications (Google Docs: Documents, Sheets, Presentations)
• Experience organizing and managing data
• Experience working with computer-generated reports
• Experience extracting data from databases to develop and generate information and summary data to support technical evaluations, management, and financial record keeping
• Oral and written communication skills to effectively exchange information and convey ideas and concepts to a variety of stakeholders
• Ability and willingness to receive training and direction
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple, geographically dispersed project members and teams
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply general procedural guidelines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
