About The Position
We’re looking for people who are naturally curious about AI, comfortable forming opinions, and confident in contributing to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Native-level German language proficiency and B2+ English.
- 1-2 years of professional writing experience.
- 2+ years of experience related to GenAI safety, data quality, QA, annotation, or analysis.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Interest in AI and ability to work with evolving guidelines.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
- Must live in or commute to one of the listed cities
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback.
- Review data quality, identify errors, trends, and edge cases.
- Apply and improve evaluation guidelines.
- Document findings and communicate insights.
- Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to enhance AI performance.
